Elevate is excited to announce our 16 finalists for the highly anticipated ElevateR Pitch, created in partnership with Publicis.Sapient and Manulife. On September 25th, Elevate will showcase the strong caliber of AI innovation cultivated across Canada as the selected finalists face off in a first-of-its-kind, March-madness style competition. With unprecedented financing of over $1M available for selected finalists and boasting rights as Canada’s first AI ElevateR Pitch winner, the final four teams will pitch a panel of investors and global tech leaders on Elevate Main Stage at the Sony Centre, amid a day of talks and fireside conversations with world-class speakers.

Earlier this year, Elevate issued a call for submissions from AI technology companies who were made in Canada, and currently operating with less than $10 million in financing raised. From an overwhelming number of submissions, the shortlist was chosen with representation from four provinces:

“The selection process for the inaugural ElevateR Pitch reinforced that Canada is producing some of the best tech talent in the world. We look forward to welcoming our sixteen finalists from across the country to Elevate”, comments Razor Suleman, Elevate Cofounder and CEO. “Elevate will serve as a platform for these AI startups to put their companies in front of the biggest investors in the industry, and ElevateR Pitch could be the catalyst to the next great Canadian tech story.”

In partnership with Elevate, Canada’s Tech Week, ElevateR Pitch is created by Publicis.Sapient, with investment support from partners ScaleUp Ventures, White Star Capital, Round 13 Capital, Espresso Capital, and North Spring Capital Partners, and community partner support from NextAI.
